FINANCING PRE-QUALIFICATION
We will offer to arrange a pre-approval or pre-qualification appointment with a trusted lender to identify your range of affordability and to increase your negotiating strength.
KELLER WILLIAMS TEAM SEARCH
I will present your property-search criteria to the Keller Williams sales team. Their goal is to represent you when possible with properties as they debut or before they appear on the open market.
PROPERTY SHOWING
We will show you properties that meet the criteria you have selected.
PROPERTY EVALUATION
We will discuss the positive and negative features of a property that may affect its value and future resale.
PROPERTY DISCLOSURE
We will review with you all of the inspection reports and other documents pertaining to the condition of the property and disclose all physical defects of the property that are known.
REVIEW OF WRITTEN DISCLOSURE
We will thoroughly review with you the Seller’s written disclosure statement to enable you to accept or specify the remedy for each fault disclosed. Remedies for any disclosed faults should be addressed in the Offer.
APPRAISAL CONTINGENCY
We will explain to you the option of an appraisal contingency.
HOME WARRANTY
We will explain to you the option of a home warranty plan and the costs and benefits of each type of policy.
HOME INSPECTIONS
We will advise you on home inspections that are available to you and review the outcomes of each inspection.
ESTIMATE OF FUNDS REQUIRED
Your lender will provide you with a preliminary cost estimate of the your funds needed to close, including down payment and lender fees before the offer so that you are prepared!
OFFER PREPARATION
We will prepare a written offer on the property you choose to purchase, with terms provided by you.
NEGOTIATION STRATEGY
We will present your offer to the Seller’s broker as soon as written, and confirm delivery and personally discuss the offer with the broker so that no details are missed.

AFTER SALE SERVICE
The team will contact you after closing to follow up on remaining details or service needs.
