- Two copies of your main door key, and a copy of any other keys (utility areas, garage, etc).
- Copy of your survey
- Alarm Code / Instructions
- Gate Code / Instructions (for gated communities)
- Parking Instructions (if needed)
- Copy of your floor plan (if available)
- Copy of your last appraisal
- Copy of your most recent mortgage statement(s)
- Copy of your Septic Permit (if applicable)
- Copy of your Well Log (if applicable)
Having these items on hand will streamline the process for both of us – these items give me the extra information I will need to properly market your home and get it SOLD!
