ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Award winners were announced Wednesday night among the 40 homes shown in the fall 2016 Homes of Enchantment Parade in the Albuquerque metro area. Sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico, judges weighed in on a number of categories in this year’s parade, which attracted 29 builders.The judges’ winners in the premier division are:
DR Horton in categories 1 and 2 for homes priced $220,030 and $310,680, respectively.
Lowe-Bo Homes in category 3 for a $413,800
— Abrazo Homes in category 4 for a $435,000 home.
— Crescent Custom Homes in category 5 for a $450,000 home.
— Twilight Estate Homes in category 6 for a $580,000 home.
— Sun Mountain Construction in category 7 for a $717,000 home.
— Altair Homes in category 8 for a $1.16 million home.
— Sun Mountain Construction in category 9 for a $1.16 million home.
— Picasso Builders in category 10 for a $2.5 million home.
Also in the premier category, Harder Custom Builders won the complete rebuild award for a $725,000 home.
In addition to the premier home winners, builders were honored in areas such as best interior decorating, best outdoor living space, green construction and rebuilding excellence.
