Albuquerque’s average sales price has been steadily increasing over time. In early 2013, Albuquerque’s average sales price was just over $200,000. Now, in 2016, Albuquerque’s average sales price has increased to almost $220,000. While comparing this to some of Albuquerque’s neighboring states this may not feel very strong, in fact we are a ‘slow and steady’ market, where homes continue to increase in price while maintaining a safe environment for real estate investments.
