- FHA & VA 30 year fixed rates currently priced at 4.625%.
- Jumbo 30 year fixed rates currently priced at 4.625%.
- MFA First Home Conv rates currently priced at 5.125%.
- MFA Next Home Conv rates currently priced at 6.125%.
