It used to be that you searched for real estate by location.  Location/Location/Location!  Then it breaks down to 3/2/3 (three bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 car garage).  That’s REALTOR-SPEAK for the features of the home that are most important to you.

I’m going to suggest something a bit different.
